Been eating bourbon chicken for years, it’s one of my go to place at the food court when I’m trying to grab a quick bite. I normally get the combo 1 with one meat and vegetable with rice for $9.29+tax. Good portion, full of flavour and the staff is nice. The only downside is they accept cash and debit only.

This has to be the best place in Canada to eat . Great food ; great service . 5 thumbs up .

Food is terrible. Had it a few times in the past and stopped. Finally decided to give it another try and was reminded very quickly why I stopped in the beginning. Always cold and stale. I was pretty much forced into buying a drink. All together came to $14.. $12 of it went into the garbage. I kept the bottled coke zero.

They gave me so much corn

I've ate there at least two dozen times a year for the past 3-4 years with no issues - until today, Fri Oct 4 2013.After having ate their rice, corn, and bourbon chicken I felt fine, until about 2:30 PM. My hands started to itch like hell. I washed them with soap and disinfectant. No change. By 3 PM the inside of my hands/fingers were so swollen I couldn't even come close to making a fist. Here it is 5:30 PM. The swelling is now starting to subside a bit and the itching is finally decreasing to a tolerable state - hopefully I'll be right as rain by late tonight.BEWARE!

The only place I will ever eat at Conestoga mall. This location has the most consistency, and delicious tasting food, compared to Fairview and malls in the GTA. Probably my favourite place in Ontario to pick up some food.

Left over rice reheated for next day's use. several menu items contain MSG.

Amazing food, but beware, they do not take Mastercard,Visa or any type of Credit Card, cash or debit. Thats it.

The owners don't want you to wait in line, they value business and have speedy service. They over stuff your plate, the portions are very big and price is affordable. I always look forward to a movie and stop at Bourbon to take to cineplex! Excellent restaurant: the best at Conestoga!

The food is horrible dried out disgusting .. Used to be good but the last 6 months it been going steadily down hill. The employees are unable to understand english and I swear the food sits there for days until the can sell it.. Avoid them last Monday I ended up ill .. Will never go there again
